Who we are
Satli is operated by George Tskitishvili, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy (“we”, “us”).
- Legal name
- ი/მ გიორგი ცქიტიშვილი (Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Tskitishvili)
- Privacy contact
- contact@satli.dev
At a glance
- Contact form and waitlist: what you type in reaches us by email.
- Phone line: calls are answered by Nia, our AI assistant, and recorded. You are told both at the start of every call.
- Hosting: Cloudflare processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
- Your device: two settings in your browser’s local storage (theme and language), and no cookies of our own.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Contact form
When you send the form on our contact page, we receive the following.
- What
- Your name, email address, company (optional), the product you ask about, your message, and the language of the page.
- Why
- To reply to you and discuss your inquiry.
- Lawful basis
- Steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- Kept for
- Up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If the inquiry leads to a contract, we keep what the contract and the law require.
- Processors
- Cloudflare runs the form endpoint, Resend delivers the submission to us as an email, and Google Workspace hosts our contact@satli.dev inbox.
Waitlist
On the CatalogueAI page you can join a waitlist with your email address.
- What
- Your email address, the product (CatalogueAI), and the language of the page.
- Why
- To contact you about early access to CatalogueAI.
- Lawful basis
- Your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@satli.dev.
- Kept for
- Up to 24 months after our last exchange, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
- Processors
- The same as for the contact form: Cloudflare, Resend and Google Workspace.
Our phone line
Calls to +995 32 2 193 384 are answered by Nia, Satli’s AI assistant, not by a person. Nia runs on ZariAI, our AI voice agent, and answers in Georgian. At the start of every call, it tells you that the call is recorded and that you are speaking with “Nia, Satli’s AI assistant”.
- What
- Your phone number as passed on by the phone network, the audio of the call, and what you say during it.
- Recording
- We record every call to this number. The recordings are stored by myphone.ge, our phone carrier, and in Satli’s Google Cloud Storage in the EU.
- Why
- To answer your call and handle what you ask for. We also review the recordings to check the quality of the AI assistant’s answers and to improve our service, analyzing them with our own DialyzeAI through Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Lawful basis
- Steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interests in answering calls to our business line and in reviewing the quality of the AI assistant’s answers to improve our service.
- Kept for
- Recordings are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
- Processors
- myphone.ge carries the calls and stores the recordings. Google runs the AI assistant through the Gemini API and processes the call audio to do so. We use Google’s paid tier, under which Google does not use the audio to improve its products; under its terms, Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse. Google Cloud stores our copy of the recordings (Cloud Storage, EU) and runs our DialyzeAI analysis of them (Vertex AI).
Hosting and technical data
satli.dev is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
- Why
- To deliver the site and protect it against abuse and attacks.
- Lawful basis
- Our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
- Kept for
- Cloudflare keeps this data for limited periods under its privacy policy. We only see aggregate traffic statistics, such as request counts and countries, which do not identify you.
- Processor
- Cloudflare, Inc.
If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short technical report about the network error.
Data our clients process
This policy covers satli.dev and our own phone line. It does not cover data that our business clients process with DialyzeAI, TekstisAI, ZariAI or CatalogueAI, such as their customers’ calls and chats. That processing is governed by each client’s agreement with us, and the client decides what is processed and why. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that company about your data.
Who receives your data
We share personal data only with the service providers that run the site and our phone line for us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, security and the form endpoint.
- Resend, Inc. (USA): delivers form submissions to our inbox, sending from its EU (Ireland) region.
- Google (Google Workspace): hosts our contact@satli.dev inbox.
- Google (Gemini API): runs Nia, the AI assistant on our phone line.
- Google (Google Cloud): stores call recordings in the EU (Cloud Storage) and runs our DialyzeAI analysis of them (Vertex AI).
- myphone.ge: carries calls to our phone line and stores their recordings.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it.
International transfers
Cloudflare, Resend and Google are based in the United States and process data in several countries, including outside Georgia and the EU/EEA. For these transfers we rely on the safeguards in each provider’s data processing terms, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as Georgian law and the GDPR require.
Your rights
Under Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA, you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy (access);
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
- delete your data (erasure);
- stop or restrict processing, including objecting to processing based on our legitimate interests (objection);
- give you your data in a portable format, where the law provides for it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before.
Send requests to contact@satli.dev. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, which has supervised personal data protection since it took over from the Personal Data Protection Service in March 2026, or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to the data protection authority in your country.
Language versions
This policy is published in English and Georgian. If the English and Georgian versions differ, the English version prevails.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
